Notice
is hereby given that the Town of Sharpsburg, Georgia will hold a Public Hearing
on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the A&O Bridges Recreation Center at 105 Main
Street in the Town of Sharpsburg at 7:00pm, to consider annexation and initial
zoning ordinances pursuant to petitions filed with the Town of Sharpsburg,
pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 36, Title 36, of the Official Code of Georgia
Annotated. Said ordinances concern the
annexation and initial zoning of the below listed properties into the Town
limits with an initial zoning classification of PCD. At said public hearing all persons may be
heard on the question of annexation and initial zoning of such area by the
Mayor and Town Council. There will be a
Town Council meeting immediately following the Public Hearing.
